- Teachers can create open educational resources and courses.
- Students can create local accounts and join a course without Aalto/Haka credentials.
Aalto OpenLearning is a Moodle-based learning environment for Aalto University teachers to create open courses and resources outside Aalto University. Users can create local accounts, unlike, for example, in MyCourses. The environment looks almost the same as MyCourses, and both are kept on the same Moodle version. Teachers can make use of the MyCourses instructions and support when creating content.
You can request a workspace with a form. The OpenLearning support staff can import content from MyCourses to OpenLearning.
