Safety and security observations
Here you can report work accidents, near-miss situations or if you have noticed something in our operations that deviates from what was planned or agreed upon together. It is important that what is observed is brought up in order to avoid similar situations.

Irregular events include:
- accidents (property or the environment)
- accidents at work (DO accident claim notification).
- near miss incidents
- situations experienced as threatening or dangerous
- anything that may cause damage or accidents
The reporting system provides Aalto University with real-time information on its risk and safety situation, allowing it to focus its future safety measures appropriately.
