Motto, organisation and key figures

Our motto “Better Business – Better Society” reflects the goal of the School of Business: to develop a better society by developing better business. Dean Timo Korkeamäki together with two Associate Deans, an Assistant Dean, six departments, a centre, and service functions work for the best of the school. Additionally, we have several Advisory Boards which are very valuable to our school. Our key figures tell about the development in the School of Business.

History and public art

We already had a strong heritage stretching back almost 100 years when Aalto University was established in 2010. The School of Economics was established in 1911. Also, the art concept at the School of Business named Human Approach respects the past, still keeping an eye on the future.
