HSE Support Foundation
Supporting research, teaching and studies
The HSE Support Foundation registered foundation (fr) is a judicially independent corporation founded in 1974 with the goal of supporting the research and teaching activities of Aalto University School of Business and individuals connected with it through grants and other kinds of support. The Foundation finances its activities through funds obtained from returns on assets and donations.
Grants
The application period for grants awarded by the HSE Support Foundation is in February and September. The available grants are announced annually on these pages in the beginning of February and September. The HSE Support Foundation awards grants and other forms of support for, among others:
- scientific research
- travel related to research
- theses
- recognition awards
Approved grants
The HSE Support Foundation issues grants, recognition awards and other support for researchers, teachers, other personnel, and students at Aalto University School of Business. Grants are awarded twice a year.

The HSE Support Foundation fr offers both companies and other organisations as well as alumni and other private individuals a natural opportunity to be involved in promoting the development of Aalto University School of Business.
