Programme Director’s Annual Clock in Aalto's service platform is a tool for programme directors. It offers information of educational processes and detailed descriptions and instructions of the tasks and responsibilities to maintain, manage, plan and develop programmes.

Programme Director’s Annual Clock is a tool for programme directors in service platform to help manage the programme and anticipate to Aalto University's time-related educational processes. The tool offers a uniform way to describe and view the educational processes, including the descriptions and instructions of the tasks related to processes.
Degree Programme Report Tool collates information about dgeree programmes and majors from student feedback and student registry data into themed reports about programme objectives, attractiveness, quality and results. The Degree programme report tool can be used to support the evaluation and development and for evaluating student cohorts’ progress. In addition to statistics, the tool also provides information about individual students according to user rights: you can see data for the students in your programme or major.
Degree Porgramme Report Tool is accessed through the internet browser on PowerBI could service (requires Aalto network or MFA-identification). User rights to the tool are provided to degree programme directors, heads of majors and the required Learning services staff. Rights to student-level data are based on Sisu information: you can via data for the students in your own degree programme or major, once you are designated as the responsible teacher for the programme or major in Sisu.
Doctoral programmes have their own report: Doctoral education (PowerBI).
Curriculum Planner on a tool for the responsible teachers of courses to update their course information (course descriptions, teaching timetables). The system language of the Curriculum Planner is English. The school's learning services will open course descriptions and teaching forms to the responsible teachers according to the school's schedule.
