Aalto University Archive and Registry Services
Archive and Registry Services are responsible for the operations of the university’s Electronic Case Management System (SAHA) and archive and registry. They manage the life-cycle process for the university’s documents, provide the university with tools and procedures for managing documents and the data within different systems, and maintain the university’s information management plan (TOS).
The Registry is responsible for the registration of official documents created or arriving at the University (reference number) at the Electronic Case Management System SAHA and the distribution and archiving of arriving documents.
The Archive is responsible for the long-term preservation, digitization, and data service for documents as well as photo and object materials that are to be stored permanently or for a long period of time (more than ten years) and for issuing instructions on archiving procedures.
