Competence development solutions

Staff training is one way to develop competence, alongside with learning on the job and learning from colleagues. From the Workday Learning application, you can find up-to-date staff training opportunities.

Alongside and in addition to this Aalto employees can benefit from mentoring and coaching services.

There are several services and tools available for teams and supervisors to develop and support team operations in relation to the different phases and needs of the teams' life cycle.
