How to find content authors, editors, and owners

This article explains how you can filter aalto.fi content based on the author, editor, and content owner.

You can filter all content by the following roles:

  • author, i.e. the person who has originally created the content.
  • editor, i.e. the person who has edited the content most recently.
  • content owner, i.e. the person who is responsible for the content.

All content at aalto.fi can be found by clicking on the “Content” button in the top left-hand corner.

To find content you have created, start typing your name in the field “Authored by”. Select your name when you see it in the list, and then click on “Filter”.

The field “Edited by” will show all the content you have edited. Search for the content edited by you the same way as in the “Authored by” field.

The field “Content owner” will show any content that you (or any person whose content you're looking for) own. It works in the same way as the “Authored by” field.

You can also filter the results by, for example, the language of the content or page type, to find, for example a news page you have created in Finnish.
