How to find content authors, editors, and owners

This article explains how you can filter aalto.fi content based on the author, editor, and content owner.

You can filter all content by the following roles:

  • author, i.e. the person who has created the content originally
  • editor, i.e. the person who has edited the content most recently
  • owner, i.e. the person who is responsible for the content.

All content at aalto.fi can be found by clicking on the “Content” button in the top left-hand corner.

To find content you have created, just start typing your name in the field “Authored by”, select your name once you see it on the list, and then click “Filter”.

The field “Edited by” will show any content you have edited, and it works the same way as the “Authored by” field.

The field “Content owner” will show any content owned by you (or any person whose content you're looking for), and it works the same way as the “Authored by” field.

You can filter the results also by for example the language of the content or page type, to find, e.g. a news you have created in Finnish.
