Instructions for doctoral students making their personal study plan
If you have questions about course selections and planning the content of your studies or research, please contact your supervising professor.
The clinic begins with a brief 5-10 minute introduction or demonstration on a variety of topics. Following this, participants are divided into breakout rooms based on their doctoral programmes. Generally, a planning officer or coordinator from each programme is available, but even if a representative from your specific doctoral programme is absent, you will still receive general guidance.
Multiple students can join the breakout room simultaneously. Be ready to share your screen if you have a technical question.
The clinics are held every second Friday of the month starting at 9:00. The clinic session ends 10:00 at the latest (or earlier, if there are no more questions). The dates are:
