Unite! University Alliance

Unite! will create a new model for European university education by developing unique joint programs that combine multidisciplinary, multilingual and multicultural elements into common curricula and flexible study pathways. We emphasis the development of more flexible, short-term mobilities, as well as blended and hybrid models for virtual exchange. To tackle grand societal challenges our educational activities focus especially on energy, industry 4.0, artificial intelligence and entrepreneurship.

Excellence in teaching and learning is the foundation on which Unite! builds all of its actions and activities, extending to degree-seeking students at all levels, to non-traditional students, and life-long learners. We collaborate with the local industry and entrepreneurial ecosystems.

Unite! is also developing joint models for governance and management, support services, communication and quality assurance of the Unite! inter-university campus.

Unite! has also been granted additional funding in July 2020 through EU Horizon 2020. In this project Unite! will develop, in synergy with its educational dimension, an integrated, shared and long-term research and innovation (R&I) strategy where open science plays a major role.
