If you need study guidance regarding study possibilities at Aalto Open University, you can contact the Study Guidance service. If you are intrested in Aalto university degree programmes, please contact Admission services instead.
To schedule study guidance, please send an e-mail to [email protected] and briefly explain what you would like to discuss. Study guidance is available through phone, Microsoft Teams, or, if arranged separately, at the Otaniemi campus.
For face-to-face service, the Starting Point student service hub in Otaniemi (Otakaari 1, Undergraduate centre, room Y199a) is open. You can find the opening hours on their website. Open University students can visit Starting Point for services such as obtaining a transcript of records or proving their identity.
The Open University operates under the Learning Services (External Customers) unit at Aalto University. If you need to find contact information for personnel or teachers, you can search for it on Aalto.fi. You can also contact teachers during lectures or through the MyCourses platform.
