Det obligatoriska främmande språket
I de obligatoriska studierna i främmande språk som ingår i kandidatexamen får studeranden öva sådana skriftliga och muntliga färdigheter i språk som behövs i arbetslivet och är centrala för det egna området. Studierna håller en mera avancerad nivå, minst CEFR-nivå B1–B2. I engelska krävs minst B2. Alla obligatoriska studier i främmande språk ska gälla ett och samma språk.
De kurser som räknas till de obligatoriska studierna i främmande språk har följande beteckning:
o = oral skills/muntliga färdigheter
w = written skills/skriftliga färdigheter eller (o,w)

Other options (primarily for students with diverse learning needs such as dyslexia, ADHD, and social anxiety; there are also 5 spots for BIZ students in the general group and those are intended for students who are working full time or live outside the capital region.
