Student services
Student services team is responsible in the general student guidance, management of study rights, new student orientation, registration of study attainments and preparation of degree certificates and graduation ceremonies. Also team supports student and study IT services, especially Sisu.

Teaching services
Teaching services is responsible for the curriculum design process, pedagogical support, support for masters thesis process, teaching demonstration assessments (Educational board), teacher orientation and course feedback
External Customer Services
External Customer Services is responsible for student marketing and recruiting, student admissions, Tongji - commissioned education, international relations, international joint master's programmes, international mobility, visitors and internships for students.
