Events Library compiles all information you need for creating an event.
IT and AV support for exhibitions
IT and AV support is available in the Otaniemi campus area on weekdays between 8 am to 4 pm from Aalto’s IT Services. We also offer support for organising exhibition activities.
Hardware
In terms of hardware, Aalto IT Services offers standard office-type workstation support (Windows, Mac, Linux). In addition, we offer AV support for AV connections corresponding to the normal hall technology on campus.
Network connection
We recommend that you use the aalto open wireless network. It is an unencrypted network, with no log-in required.
Depending on the exhibition space, it may also be possible to have a wired network available.
Loaning equipment
If you need to loan equipment, please contact the exhibition coordinators or Aalto Takeout. They will help you determine what equipment you need to have.
IT services also have some IT and AV loan equipment available.
Note: The user must borrow the equipment themselves. The borrower is responsible for transporting and storing the equipment until it is returned.

AV expert services
Aalto’s AV services are responsible for the infrastructure of AV technology at the university level. They provide, for example, audiovisual solutions for meetings and lectures.
