Nordea joins the Aalto University School of Business Premium Partner Program
Nordea has joined the Premium Partner Program from the beginning of 2026.

Collaboration with Nordea brings international finance sector even closer to the School of Business.
Nordea is a Nordic financial services group with over 30 000 employees in more than 20 countries. Both international and domestic opportunities for our teaching, research and students are extensive, and they make Nordea a very interesting partner for the School of Business. The partnership offers Nordea a pathway to reach the talents also in other Aalto schools, for example in the School of Science, in which they already have several collaborations ongoing.
Although Nordea is a widely recognized company and ranks highly among our students’ choices as an “employer of the future,” it does much more than finance. Nordea actively connects with talented individuals from various Aalto schools to create a dynamic, multidisciplinary setting.
Nordea participated the Digital Business Master Class course in summer 2025 and Minea Leva from the Nordea HR team was very pleased with the results. Input from Aalto students directly influenced the renewal of Nordea’s career pages - a testament to the meaningful impact students can have through this partnership.“Working with students goes beyond theory, it’s about turning ideas into tangible impact. Ideas move quickly from the classroom to real outcomes, and their input keeps us innovating, improving, and staying relevant,” says Minea Leva, who was leading the Digital Business Master Class collaboration from Nordea’s side.
Career fairs and career training are a good way to meet lots of new talents at Aalto University and Nordea has been active in participating in these already before the partnership. Students have appreciated their presence at Aalto Talent Expo, and the feedback has been very positive. Nordea also wants to help our students to succeed in job search and they will be participating in our career trainings regularly.
