At the start of the 2022 academic year, students were once again able to propose ideas to improve the students' wellbeing on campus. The idea was based on the annual "one euro for every student" participative budgeting project, which aims to develop the campus by involving students in decision-making. 13,000 euros were set aside from the university's budget for the implementation of the project, and the students voted for the winning idea for the napping capsules for the campus.

Where should the napping pods be placed? Suggest!

Now it's time to suggest a suitable location where you would like the GoSleep Powernap Pods to be installed on campus. There are two capsules, and they can be installed next to each other or on different sides of the campus. Similar GoSleep capsules were already tried out on campus in the Junction event in Dipoli.

In terms of maintainability and functionality, snooze capsules should be indoors and accessible to all students on campus. The safety and tranquility of the environment around the capsules is also something to consider.

Leave your suggestion for places before 31st March 2023

The students hope that the campus should have more opportunities to rest in the middle of the day. Naps between lectures or after lunch help refreshes the brain and improve memory. The proposal for napping pods was also justified by the fact that more sleep can improve a student's learning results, happiness and energy.

The pods will be installed on the campus during spring-summer 2023.
