Keys to your wellbeing series is in Aaltogether

The Aaltogether Keys to your wellbeing series: science-based articles, podcasts, videos, trainings and exercises for the community.

We all sometimes confront challenges. The Keys to your wellbeing are possible solutions. Each of the six keys consists of a research-based article and exercises, courses, lectures, podcast episodes, blogs or short films about the topic.

The series consists of six themes:

  1. Dealing with feelings: Understanding and handling emotions are crucial skills in teamwork.
  2. Self-compassion helps to combat procrastination, fear, and self-doubt, all of which can hinder performance and emotional well-being.
  3. Group flow: Understanding the concept of group flow can enhance team efficiency, satisfaction, and collective achievement.
  4. In it together: High-quality connections have significant impacts on personal growth and sense of belonging in communities or organizations.
  5. Movement for a better brain: Highlighting the importance of even small amounts of movement for enhanced cognitive health.
  6. Surprising impact of psychological safety: Psychological safety is the key to embracing the feeling of authenticity and aids in fostering inclusivity.

The content aims to improve our understanding of wellbeing by distributing research-based information about how we can better take care of ourselves and each other.
