The Mount Everest Challenge runs from 2–29 November 2026. Earn points through exercise and everyday wellbeing activities, progress from one stage to the next, and unlock rewards along the way. You can participate on your own or together with fellow students and colleagues.

You can earn points, for example, by:

  • exercising
  • choosing the stairs instead of the elevator
  • walking as part of your commute to work or studies
  • participating in UniSport’s Take a Break! activity breaks

Along the way, you can unlock wellbeing-related rewards. Participants who reach the summit will receive a special grand prize: a gym programme designed by a UniSport personal trainer.
