ARTS: the minor subject application link has changed

Link is also available on the minor subject application webpage.
Unfortunately, applications that had already been submitted through the system could not be recovered either. We therefore ask everyone who has already submitted an application to complete and submit a new application using the new link.
Due to this situation, the application period has been extended by one week. The new application period is: 15th October to 6th November 2026
