Organise a class reunion

Aalto University’s Alumni Engagement helps arrange dozens of reunions every year.
We will gladly help you with any of the following arrangements:

Guidance and help

We are happy to provide you with advice on matters related to planning a class reunion, such as tips on suitable meeting places and restaurant options. We can also provide you with the contact details of different student choirs and bands.

Facility bookings

If you want to arrange your class reunion at the campus, we can book the space. You can also organise a class reunion in connection with another alumni event. If you decide to arrange a class reunion, we can have a planning meeting together.

Guided tours are arranged at certain buildings for a group of 20 participants for around 80-100 euros. Find out more about tours here.

Classmate contact details and invitations

We have an extensive alumni contact information database. Due to data protection legislation, we cannot provide you with individual contact data, but we can help you get in touch with your classmates.

We can provide you with a readymade template that you can use to write your invitation. We will then send the invitation to your fellow classmates.

We will also advertise the meetup on our event calendar.
