The Process by Vilma Sainio

”The process” is a personal piece, made for the joy of doing. This project began with a decision to let go of the perfect outcome. Instead of valuing the finished object, it shifts attention to the act of making itself. I made decisions as I worked, staying present and responsive to the material. The video captures the time, movement, and attention given to making, while the two artefacts are as traces of that time and attention.
