For staff Unite! offers trainings and staff weeks. We invite you to meet Unite! colleagues from other universities to share practices and learn from each other.  

Pedagogical trainings 

Get an insight into how teaching and learning is promoted at different partner universities! Our pedagogical trainings are aimed at faculties and staff involved with education. The training sessions are run by pedagogical experts from the partner universities and are free of charge for the Unite! community. All activities are held in English and run online. You may receive a certificate, and some of the activities award credits. Credited opportunities may be included in Aalto pedagogical entity as elective studies. 

Online Teaching Digital Toolbox

This online repository contains the elements involved in creating joint online courses, including a technology toolbox, good online teaching practices, and a compilation of activities suitable for an online environment created as part of the JPROV project. You can also submit and share your own ideas and best practises.

Staff training weeks  

Unite! offers staff weeks for non-academic staff to build up new communities or strengthen already existing ones and to offer time and space for exchange. A Unite! staff week is a physical, virtual or hybrid networking experience where participants from all nine partner universities exchange information, experience and share best practices. You can apply for Erasmus+ staff and teacher exchange scholarships.
