Digital Business Master Class (Spring 2022)

DBMC is a challenge-based course with a focus on digital technologies as tools for building businesses. During the intensive course, students work in international teams to plan digital solutions for real business cases from partnering companies.

The application period for Digital Business Master Class spring 2022 is open

The Digital Business Master Class (DBMC) by Aalto University Summer School is organised for the seventh time in March 2022. Due to its popularity, the course is organised once every spring and again in the summer.

Future of Work (open online)

We are amid a revolution of work, which started already long before the pandemic. Making sense of the future of work can feel tricky in the middle of a constant information overflow. This course is supported with academic research and references packaged in a way that is easy to access. In this course, we will look at how the roles of the individual, organisations and society have changed and how it affects how we work today and in the future.

Finland Works (open online)

In this course, we will look at how to navigate in Finnish working life and how to find a job. We explore working life in Finland from societal, organisational and individual perspectives. Once you have finished this course, you will have a better understanding of work culture in Finland, what working in a Finnish company is like, how individuals find work-life balance in Finland, how to communicate your skills, and how to look for jobs in Finland.

The best way to spend a summer

Aalto University Summer School offers high-quality multidisciplinary academic courses and programs for the summer teaching period. We focus on challenge-based learning and want our students to experience the Finnish summer and gain international networks while studying topics such as digital business, sustainability, entrepreneurship, leadership or biomaterial science. 

The courses and programs are organised at Aalto University's Otaniemi campus, located within a 10-minute metro ride from Helsinki. Aalto University Summer School and the Otaniemi campus have something for everyone.
