The Wellbeing Desk is an easy-access service desk where all Aalto personnel can receive advice and guidance on work wellbeing and work ability. It is a part of the Oasis of Radical Wellbeing. The Wellbeing Desk brings together support services from a range of Aalto providers and collaborative partners. It operates on a first come, first served basis. On 5 September, Wellbeing Desk returns from summer break and we will begin providing consultations without an appointment according to the schedule below. (Sign in for detailed info.)
You can find the Wellbeing Desk at Otakaari 1, Room Y163. The Wellbeing Desk operates both on campus and online: some of the on-call sessions are held online via Zoom.
What services can you get from the Wellbeing Desk? The Wellbeing Desk is staffed at different times by different service professionals, including harassment contact persons, occupational healthcare representatives (for consultation and advice), occupational safety representatives and shop stewards, Aalto chaplains, UniSport, competence development specialists as well as support for guidance and pedagogical competencies.

The Wellbeing Desk is open until 16.12.2022 and the schedule for 2023 will be informed later.
