General questions
Aalto Talent Expo is Aalto University’s largest recruitment event, which brings together employers and students in the fields of business, arts and design, and technology.
Aalto Talent Expo will be held on 12 November 2026 from 11.00 to 17.00 at Dipoli in Otaniemi. The address of Dipoli is Otakaari 24, 02150 Espoo.
For Aalto University bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral students, and for employers who offer jobs or traineeships corresponding to the education of Aalto University students.
We encourage you to arrive at the event by public transport or taxi. There is very limited parking space on the campus, so we recommend avoiding arriving by your own car.
Unfortunately, Dipoli is not a fully accessible space. The fair is held on two floors, and the 2nd floor is primarily reached by stairs. However, we want to ensure that every fair participant and exhibitor has the best possible experience, and we hope that if you have any questions regarding accessibility or, for example, accessible arrival / transport of goods, you will contact us in advance at talentexpo@aalto.fi. We are happy to help and guide you in all situations.
The fair programme consists of the fair event at Dipoli and a virtual programme on the days leading up to the fair day. The virtual fair programme consists of CV and LinkedIn clinics, portfolio guidance as well as speed mentoring and speed mentoring for doctoral students.
We require all fair participants to follow Aalto’s safer space principles. We do not accept any kind of inappropriate treatment, bullying or harassment at the event. As a fair participant, you commit to following the safer space principles.
If you encounter or observe harassment, report it immediately to the event organisers or security personnel. As a student, you can also contact AYY’s harassment contact persons (equity@ayy.fi), but in urgent situations always turn to the staff on site.
For students

It is not permitted to bring heat-emitting devices, such as popcorn or candyfloss machines, to the exhibition stand. The reason for this is the venue’s automatic fire alarm system, which reacts to heat. It is permitted to bring, for example, a small refrigerator, cold cabinet etc. to the exhibition stand. However, this must be reported in advance by email to talentexpo@aalto.fi, so that our stand builders can plan the electrical work in advance and we can avoid, for example, power cuts on the exhibition day.
Yes, but they must be agreed in advance by email at talentexpo@aalto.fi. The structures must be fire safe, stable and safely installed, and comply with the safety regulations in force. Exhibitors are responsible for erecting their own structures.
The fair will be organised in accordance with the principles of sustainable development, and all participants commit to acting in an environmentally responsible manner. As an exhibitor, this must be taken into account in the design and implementation of your stand.
You can promote sustainability in the following ways, for example:
- Favour digital solutions (e.g. QR codes) instead of printed materials and, when needed, choose ecological materials.
- Consider whether giveaways are necessary and primarily make use of existing materials.
- Choose practical, long-lasting and sustainably produced options as giveaways.
