Applicant groups
Master’s students from Aalto University can include the Digital Business Master Class (47E00100) in their elective studies.
Aalto degree students use the same application form as other applicants. There is a quota for a limited amount of Aalto degree students on the course. After you have been accepted to the course, please register in Sisu.
If you are an MBA or master's student at one of Aalto University School of Business's partner universities, you are eligible to apply to the Digital Business Master Class as a tuition fee waiver. Please contact the international office at your home university about the nomination for the course or contact program manager Laura Kitinoja (laura.kitinoja(at)aalto.fi) for more information.
Students from other Finnish universities can apply for DBMC through the flexible study rights agreement (JOO). Flexible studies (JOO) are free of charge for students. Students need to be enrolled and registered as attending at their home universities in order to be able to be eligible to apply for flexible study rights and to complete studies at another university.
Graduate students from other universities and lifelong learners with an undergraduate degree as a pre-requisite can apply to the Digital Business Master Class as external students and pay the tuition fee. We are unfortunately not able to offer scholarships or other ways to waive the tuition fee.
Tuition fee: 1400€ (incl. VAT 24%)
Language skill requirements
DBMC does not require an official test record of English proficiency. However, we expect the students to have a strong command of English, both in writing and in communicating in the classroom, in order to be able to fulfil the course assignments. We expect the home institution to verify students’ proficiency before nominating them to Aalto. The minimum level we expect students to have is equivalent to IELTS 6,5 (total) or TOEFL 92 (total).
