Aalto University launched this spring a Pulse Survey sent to all employees on a regular basis. The survey aims to collect feedback on how personnel is feeling about the hybrid working mode during coronavirus pandemic.

There are four questions in the survey and they are replied to on Workday platform. Each employee will receive a link to their work email every other  Thursday. The survey is open until Friday midnight.

Supervisors will be able to see the summary results of their team in Workday. All answers will be treated confidentially, and a single respondent cannot be identified.
