Pulse survey
Monthly feedback will be collected from all Aalto employees on hybrid way of working during spring and autumn 2022
Aalto University will start this spring a Pulse Survey sent to all employees monthly. The survey aims to collect feedback on how personnel is feeling about the hybrid working mode during spring and autumn 2022.
There are four questions in the survey and they are replied to on Workday platform. Each employee will receive a link to their work email on monthly basis. The survey is open until next day's midnight.
Supervisors will be able to see the summary results of their team in Workday. All answers will be treated confidentially, and a single respondent cannot be identified.
Aalto level results will be published in the next Aalto Info and in intranet.
