Conditions to use internal and confidential data in the cloud services:
2 access to authorized people only, verify identity (e-mail), no link sharing

💡 Do not store data on the hard drive of your laptop. It is not backed up and will be erased during reinstall, which is a common procedure to solve problems.

💡 Do not store important data in personal storage. These will not be accessible if something happens to you or when you leave. Ensure that work files are stored in shared folders.

💡 Cloud storage services are intended for collaboration. Do not store data long-term in cloud storages (e.g. OneDrive or Teams).

See the classification in public, internal, confidential, and secret data.
