ARTS Guidelines for Artwork Preservation, Copyright, and Workshop Practices

On this page you will find the guidelines for preservation and copyright of students' artworks as well as the workshop practices of the School of Arts, Design and Architecture (ARTS).

ARTS Copyright Policy

ARTS Copyright Policy defines the rights of a student and the university to works created as part of a course or thesis by the student.

Agreement for the Use of Technical Resources for Study Projects 

Students are to use the agreement for the use of technical resources for study projects when arranging activities outside of teaching at the university workshops or studios.

Such independent project work includes work related to thesis projects and portfolio, projects in collaboration with external partners, and other independent student projects.

Agreement for Exhibition Arrangement

Student and/or employee organizing the exhibition must ensure that an agreement is made for the works in the exhibition. More information about terms and liabilities can be found in the agreement template below.
