Aalto has updated its storage services to improve data management, sustainability, compliance and cost efficiency.

This site is the central place for information about the storage changes. Here you will find the latest news, instructions and guidance on what has changed and what actions are needed.

Storage is not unlimited. Keep active only the data you use, archive what must be retained and delete what is no longer needed.

The pages were published in 2025 and are updated regularly. Major updates will be announced separately.
