You can pick up your degree certificate on Wednesdays. If you are unable to collect your certificate, you can also authorize another person to collect it for you. For a valid reason, you may also request Learning Services to mail the certificate for you as a registered letter. For both options, fill in the power of attorney, and return it either by email or printed when picking up the certificate. Certificates are only mailed outside capital region (Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Kauniainen).

Starting Point offers student services without appointments. The services Starting Point offers include certificate of attendance, official transcript of records and advice with annual enrolment.
School of Science has no student service point. If you need guidance and support with your studies, make an appointment in MyStudies with the planning officer or study coordinator of your programme. You can also contact us by email: [email protected].
