Starting Point of Wellbeing offers guidance on matters related to well-being and study ability. You can meet with study psychologists, study counselors, special educators, Aalto chaplains, and career counselors without an appointment – check the drop-in guidance times on the website and come for a chat!
A feel-good event in Alvar Aalto Park 9.4.
On Wednesday, April 9th, from 11 am to 2 pm, a feel-good event will be held during students' mental health week. The event, organized by AYY, will feature alpacas, representatives from student organizations, and student wellbeing specialists at Aalto University such as Starting Point of Wellbeing and YTHS. The event is part of Students' mental health week.
Personal Impact course offering 2024-2025
Personal Impact brings to light already existing courses in Aalto University on values and meaningfulness, self-leadership, societal impact, human potential and well-being. Courses boost your skills of self-leadership, leadership and personal development. Check the list of courses.

FSHS – Groups and virtual courses
During the academic year, FSHS arrange preventive and treatment groups both remotely and at our service units. In a group you can get support for your health and life management. More information on the website.
UniSport Buddy is a low-threshold platform where you can find a sports buddy, for example, for a workout, ball games or jogging. Anyone can join, and you do not need to be a UniSport customer to use the service. The UniSport Buddy is a great way to find new friends and get more motivation for exercise.
Carefree Shoulders break exercise sessions live on campuses and streamed online
UniSport offers Carefree Shoulders exercise breaks open to all and free of charge on campuses and via MyWellness. These moments of relaxation are a great opportunity to free up tension and look after your body in the middle of a busy day. Carefree Shoulders sessions are open to anyone interested, and no advance registration is required. See the schedules for all campuses in December and spring term and learn more about the Carefree Shoulders break exercise sessions here.
