Researchers – are you not sure how you should store and protect your research data? Not sure how your data management should be included in the privacy notice? Join our pilot project where we derive a Privacy Notice from your Data Management Plan (DMP) with the help of Aalto AI Assistant. All output documents are checked by both DMP and legal specialists. You can sleep at ease knowing that you manage your data with the best practices recommended at Aalto University. A well-formulated DMP and Privacy Notice can also work as a baseline for future research projects, saving time and effort.

This pilot is mainly intended for researchers from ARTS and BIZ, but anyone interested can contact us. There is limited-service offering, so reserve your spot fast!

Contact researchdata@aalto.fi to join the DMPtoPN pilot.
