In Learning Services, we are renewing our processes and systems to make handling your matters as effortless as possible. Teaching and other staff are here for you. We strive to reduce waiting times by streamlining processes and systems, and we are building robust digital services with shared practices. This allows staff to focus on situations where you need genuine interaction and support tailored to your circumstances.

• We develop our services according to the principle of continuous improvement, based on student feedback and other analytics. We also carry out development projects—for example, in the use of AI—so that you receive the right information, guidance, and support at the right time: 

  - smoothly, accessibly, and through co-creation.

• If you want to be actively involved in developing teaching, join student activities and, through them, apply to become a student representative in the Learning Steering Group (LESG) and the Future-led Learning working group.

 At Learning Services we offer academic advising is a part of advising system that covers the whole study path of the student. Attending academic advising is a part of studies. Every student should feel that they are an important and valued member of the university community. Our guidance system – and at the same time academic advising – aims to support students on their study path.
