User training courses. Participate in ABL's user training courses. The courses contain user training for different measurement systems. Courses are not mandatory, but recommended for users new to equipment used in ABL. For information about the courses and schedules please contact personnel.

Ethics approval. All studies aiming to publication and involving human subjects must acquire a supporting statement from appropriate ethics committee, e.g. from Aalto University (available only from Aalto network), Hospital District of Helsinki and Uusimaa (in Finnish) or University of Helsinki.

Research Permission.The scientific director or research engineer accepts the research permission, which includes among others signature by the principal investigator, the names of people who are allowed to make reservations with this research permission, and the number of hours, which are also denoted in the financial obligation by the user. Research permission and other related forms can be found below from "Documents and Forms".

Reservation. Laboratory measurement time slots can be reserved at anitime reservation calendar. Username and password for the system are given after the research permission is approved.
