If you request support well in advance, we can help you to raise the profile of your event: consult on the event's visual identity and marketing, provide a list of photographers for key actions at your event, help with presentations, and organise networking training for the participants.

The Aalto Networking Platform is highly interested in developing collaboration to foster multidisciplinary initiatives at Aalto University (and beyond). Our mission is to popularise Aalto research to make it accessible and understood by many different audiences. We would like to support the initiatives in line with our strategic goals and values.

Visualization in grant applications: why it is important and how to get better at it
The ‘Visual consultancy for grant applications’ service supports Aalto researchers by advising them on their visual materials for funding proposals. We opened the service for all materials researchers at Aalto in February 2020, and in most of the cases, consultations were held online.
