Issues related to gender, race, intersectionality and equality are at the heart of the course offerings and play a major role in creating an inclusive work culture at university and elsewhere.

All Aalto University students have access to Hilma courses, so please tell your colleagues and students about the opportunity!

In addition to degree-level courses, Hilma also offers teachers training (5 x 5 credits) in feminist university pedagogy. The courses provide an opportunity for in-service training and benchmarking for teachers interested in gender research and diversity.
