MyTeaching Support - get help with your (digi)pedagogical questions

MyTeaching Support offers planning and development assistance for teachers for pedagogical reflection, use of digital learning environments, and questions related to pedagogical training.

We at Teacher Services want to bring MyTeaching Support to where teachers work, and so we are putting it on MyCourses course pages during the pilot stage. When you fill in the form in a MyCourses workspace to tell us about your problem, we receive a link to the space, allowing us to get a fast start on resolving the issue. The service request form is available not only from systems like MyCourses, but also from other Aalto.fi pages, such as ‘Teaching and learning’ hub.

MyTeaching Support form is for teachers and other staff to use. Students will receive their support via email.
