Career Design Lab: Career services for students and services for faculty and staff

The purpose of Aalto University's Career Design Lab is to enable meaningful careers and sustainable working life. Our student services promote experimental career design and lifewide learning. We offer support for job search, 1:1 coaching, counselling and guidance, trainings, courses, mentoring and events to ease the transition to working life and finding a job.

We suppor faculty and staff in the working life goals of the curriculum through various means. In addition, we serve Aalto University and all lifewide learners by providing knowledge and curated research on the future trends of working life.
