Exporting content from ACRIS

Before leaving the university, you can extract a copy of your data from ACRIS by following these steps:

  1. Log in to ACRIS and go to your research output overview screen. This can be found for example by clicking on the Research Outputs link on your profile page.
  2. You can either export all content or filter the content you want to export by clicking the filter icon in the top left corner of your research output list.
  3. At the bottom of the screen, there is a Download list text where you can select the format in which you want to download your research output list. If you are moving to a university that also uses Pure as its research information management system, choose CERIF XML as the format of your list. Other options include PDF, RIS, and BibTeX.
