Here you can find guidelines for timing and planning your studies in Master’s programme in People Management and Organizational Development.
To complete the degree in 2 years, it is recommended to spread the courses to each of the 5 periods evenly. This would mean about 12 credits per period, but depending on your choices one period can be heavier than another.

- Global Political Economy 6 cr, I period
- Leading Yourself, Teams and Organisations 6 cr, I period
- Strategic People Management 6 cr, II period
- Data Analytics for Managers 3 cr, II period
- People Management Practices and Tools 6 cr, III period
- Managing Organizational Behavior 6 cr, III period
- Oganizational Development 6 cr, IV period
- People and Organizational Analytics 3 cr, IV period
- Some elective studies / minor courses
Recommended courses for 2nd year of studies
- Quantitative Methods 3 cr, II or IV period
- Qualitative Methods 3 cr, II or IV period
- Capstone: Business Development Project: I - II periods or IV - V periods (recommended at that point when most of the other programme studies have been completed)
- Master's thesis seminar + thesis starting from I, III or V period: seminar is integrated in the thesis work. Please see Master's thesis 2022-2024 for schedule and instructions for registration
- Elective studies for the programme and the degree / minor / exchange studies
