What does "radical" in Oasis mean?

The Oasis of Radical Wellbeing opening generated an elevated discussion about wellbeing in Aalto. The question was, what does radical mean here?

On Wednesday, November 17th, we were happy to host the launching event of Oasis of Radical Wellbeing at Aalto University. Professors, researchers, staff, teachers, psychologists and students met to discuss on-site, what radical in Oasis means.
