On this page, we have collected information about services, materials and individuals that can help students with their study planning, study well-being and career reflections.
Do you need support for student well-being or learning?
Some of the factors affecting the ability to study, such as learning difficulties and mental health, may sometimes require support and assessment from outside the university. Now you can find a summary of the most important support providers for students on Aalto's website, where you can find more help and advice for various situations that make studying difficult.
The Starting Point of Wellbeing offers students easy access to counselling and advice on matters of well-being and study ability. The services available to you include drop-in (no reservation) advising/counselling sessions, peer support groups, and online materials.
FSHS – Groups and other services for students
During the autumn semester, the FSHS organizes various group activities related to health and well-being. In a group you can get support for your health and life management. You cand find upcoming events here.
