Student: thank you for your feedback on the usability of Aalto Multifactor Authentication (MFA)

In October you were invited to respond to the follow-up survey on Aalto multifactor authentication (MFA) usability. The survey was open for approximately a month and collected 191 responses.

The open-ended responses to the survey were various and rich in contents, just like in the previous survey. We are really happy and grateful for all your answers; thank you!

You'll find a summary of the results at Student MFA usability (linkki: ). As part of the summary, you'll also find some comparisons to last year.

Based on the feedback we received the multifactor authentication (MFA) service will be further developed in the future.
Thank you for helping us ensure that our systems are both secure and user-friendly.
