Wide range of spaces for different purposes

The new online service, spacecatalog.aalto.fi offers a diverse range of facilities for different meeting and event needs. Smaller meeting rooms are ideal for example team meetings or one-on-one meetings, while larger rooms are perfect for trainings, workshops and other group events. The range of spaces also includes spacious lecture halls and facilities for larger events. In addition to different space options, the online service presents other important information about the spaces, such as the technical equipment of the rooms and the availability of services on hand.

Find the right space easily and save time

The purpose of the new online service is to provide easy and most pleasant user experience possible for those who need a meeting or event space.

'We wanted to make the spaces of the Otaniemi campus more accessible to everyone. You can explore the spaces online in your own and book a space suitable for your needs. Otaniemi has a wide range of rental spaces of different sizes, so everyone is sure to find a suitable option, ' says Antti Säynäjoki, Development Manager at Aalto University Campus & Real Estate, he adds: "The user interface of the service has been designed to be as clear as possible so that reserving space is easy and fast.".

Meeting rooms for flexible working

Mobile and flexible professionals who need conveniently accessible meeting rooms will benefit of the new and easy online service. A customer meeting or workshop in an inspiring environment on the Aalto University campus can, for example, bring new kinds of variety to the meeting participants or create new perspectives on the event being organised.
