Funder logos on ACRIS project pages – visibility issues in some browsers

The ACRIS Research Information Management System allows funder logos to be added to project pages, making project funding visible and meeting funders’ requirements.Currently, however, the logos may not display in all browsers due to the Cloudflare security system (CAPTCHA) enabled by the service provider.

If the logos are not visible, you can make them appear as follows:

  1. Open the research portal’s main page https://research.aalto.fi and complete the Cloudflare CAPTCHA test if prompted (“I’m not a robot”).
  2. Then go to the project page using the same browser, either via a direct link or by searching through the portal.

Once the main page has been visited, the system recognises the browser as trusted and the logos should display normally on project pages.

If needed, you can also provide the funder with a screenshot of the project page showing the logos.
