Aalto University improves its position in the prestigious THE World University Rankings
Aalto University has improved its position by 12 places from last year, rising to 183rd in the Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings. Aalto’s scores improved in two areas of the ranking: teaching and research environment.
This year, THE assessed nearly 2,300 universities from 118 countries and regions. The University of Oxford topped the ranking for the 11th consecutive year.
Universities were assessed using 17 indicators across five areas: teaching, research environment, research quality, industry engagement and international outlook.
