Donors’ Lounge

Donors’ Lounge at Aalto University campus in Otaniemi is a versatile space, perfect for meetings and client events as well as recreational events. Donors' Lounge takes max. 25 people.

Space

Donors’ Lounge has two conference rooms, two saunas (available at request), lounge area, roof-top terrace, kitchen and toilets. Aalto Donor Engagement team manages and rents the space.

The space is available every day between 08/09:00 and 01:00. The maximum number of people allowed in Donors’ Lounge is 25, saunas take max. 22 people at one time.

The requestor will be notified of any exceptions regarding the use of the space upon reservation.

Access

Donors’ Lounge is located at Computer Science building (commonly known as CS building or T-talo). The space is accessible only with an Aalto token.

The lounge has its own entrance at staircase B. There is a reader for access tokens at the door as well as a buzzer, and there is an intercom in the Lounge for opening the door.

On the day of your event, you can get help and advice from the CS building's janitors during their office hours, tel. +358 50 472 3100.

The janitors are available during the winter season (~1 September to 31 May) from Monday to Thursday at 07.45-20.00 and on Fridays at 07.45-18.00. During the summer season (~1 June to 31 August), the janitors are available from Monday to Friday at 8.00-15.30.

The janitors' reception is located at the far end of the building's main lobby on the right.

Outside the janitors’ working hours (evenings, weekends and public holidays), security company Securitas is in charge. Their on-call number is +358 20 491 2600. The public emergency number is 112.
