We are delighted to invite you to the Spring School on Quantum Optics in Coherent Circuits. This event offers a unique opportunity to exchange ideas with leading researchers and peers in an inspiring Arctic environment.
The workshop will feature lectures by invited speakers from top Nordic universities, alongside contributed talks and poster sessions by participants. Set in Kilpisjärvi—Finland’s northernmost gem—this gathering combines scientific excellence with the serene beauty of the Arctic nature.
In addition to the scientific program, participants can enjoy leisure activities such as trekking through untouched landscapes, exploring Sámi culture, and experiencing Arctic adventures under the spellbinding northern lights.

- Mini-courses — 6 courses, 4 × 50 min lectures per course
- Student Spotlights — 12 min presentation + 3 min discussion
- Poster session — 2 hours
- The pick+up/drop-off point is Tromsø
- The bus to Kilpisjarvi Biological Station leaves Tromsø airport around 14:30, 4th May.
- The bus from Kilpisjarvi Biological Station gets to Tromsø airport around 9:30, 10th May.
- Note: bus transfer is included in the registration fee.
