In our events, we are committed to Aalto University’s principles for a safer space.
Otaniemi furniture recycling day again on 29 September from 9 am onwards! Available are discarded office furnishings such as desks and chairs, cabinets and sofas. No designer furniture.
Rules for the recycling day:
• The recycling days are intended for all Aalto students and staff: please bring your student card or Aalto University staff ID card.
• Furniture cannot be reserved in advance.
• Furniture must be taken away immediately on the recycling day and cannot be left to wait for transport.
• Furniture is donated as is and there is no warranty or right of return.
• All items are intended only for the applicant's own use.
• There is no carrying assistance on site; everyone is responsible for transporting and carrying their own items.
• If you arrive by car, please leave access routes clear.
• The recycling day is organised by ACRE, whose staff will be present.
